Shipping & Delivery

We provide FREE Standard delivery for orders above AUD 150/- to any address within Australia. However, please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment. There may be delays around public holidays. In the event, the delivery time falls outside of the times we have promised, we will be in contact with you to advise you of the delay. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

There are 2 delivery options available for customers Australia wide.

Standard delivery – is FREE for all orders above AUD 150/-. We use Australia Post for all our deliveries including tracking facility.

Express delivery – is available at an extra charge of $20.00 per Gift Box. Please select the Express Delivery Option at the Checkout Page if you want express delivery.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders using the tracking number.

3. MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept payments via PayPal, ZIP Pay, Afterpay and all the major credit cards. We do not accept payments via ATM or inter-bank transfers.
